TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Huajian Liu BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR ITS CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR ARE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar threats that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party rights.

Warranty Disclaimer

Huajian Liu, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors, does not warrant that:

a) The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any specific time or location;

b) Any errors or defects will be corrected;

c) The Service is free of viruses, malware, or harmful components; or

d) The results of using the Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

Copyright Complaints

We take the protection of intellectual property rights very seriously. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate, at our sole discretion and in appropriate circumstances, access to the Service for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

This Agreement, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the loss and destruction of all information associated with your account. Upon termination, the provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Huajian Liu concerning your use of the Service. They replace and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and Huajian Liu regarding the Service.

In order to enhance the challenge of the game and ensure the fairness of the rewards, the system will dynamically adjust the reward of coins for watching advertisements according to your account balance. As your account balance increases, the Coin Reward you get from watching advertisements will gradually decrease. This mechanism aims to provide players with a more balanced gaming experience.

Adjustment Rules for Coin Reward

The amount of Game Coin Reward is dynamically allocated by the system based on your account balance and the number of times you have watched advertisements, the specific rules are as follows:

When the balance is low: the reward is higher to help you accumulate game coins quickly.

When the balance increases gradually: the reward range will be reduced.

Dynamically Adjusted Fairness

The value of the coins reward is adjusted in real-time according to the system algorithm to ensure that the rewards are fair and consistently challenging.
